About Me

A warm place to begin

If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or finding relationships difficult, counselling can give you the space and support to understand what you are going through and take positive steps forward.

I’m Sally Kay. I created Nurture Mental Health to change the way we view therapy – as an investment in yourself, not just a crisis response.

I can understand the pressures people face in everyday life. As well as being a fully-qualified counsellor, I also have over 20 years of business and management experience and a young family, giving me a broader perspective on the issues facing people like you.
